鍋爐低氮改造在此次整體改造之列,鍋爐房設(shè)計(jì)之初相對(duì)較緊湊,對(duì)鍋爐尺寸選型要求就比較高,經(jīng)過(guò)與用戶的幾輪技術(shù)溝通之后,最終確定使用富爾頓5臺(tái)EDR1000型常壓熱水鍋爐為用戶提供生活熱水。
此款EDR型鍋爐是美國(guó)富爾頓研制的全新概念熱能產(chǎn)品,體積只有常規(guī)鍋爐的一半,并且可以并排放置,這個(gè)特點(diǎn)是此次選型的關(guān)鍵。上海市區(qū)施工相對(duì)復(fù)雜,吊裝口拆卸難度增大,用戶提出能否鍋爐走電梯路線,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)路線、尺寸測(cè)量及鍋爐大小核算,EDR1000型鍋爐滿足進(jìn)電梯,路口轉(zhuǎn)彎,鍋爐房總負(fù)荷等要求,一拍即合敲定了方案并向富爾頓工廠訂貨。當(dāng)然EDR型鍋爐還包括超低氮排放、噪音低、變頻調(diào)節(jié)、無(wú)需保溫結(jié)構(gòu)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

天津波音于2017年購(gòu)買了兩臺(tái)FBH-C2.8(2800kW)真空熱水鍋爐,該爐型是由富爾頓獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的核心產(chǎn)品之一,以其性能穩(wěn)定、節(jié)能環(huán)保、安全耐用的優(yōu)良特點(diǎn)在市場(chǎng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用中得到廣泛好評(píng)。相較傳統(tǒng)鍋爐來(lái)說(shuō),真空鍋爐整機(jī)快裝出廠后,只需接上電源及進(jìn)出水管就能運(yùn)行,而傳統(tǒng)鍋爐則采用間接式(鍋爐+外置熱交換器+循環(huán)水泵+安裝)供熱形式,安裝成本至少會(huì)多出30~40%。真空鍋爐已逐漸成為用戶選擇的趨勢(shì)產(chǎn)品。

In 2017,Boeing Tianjin company purchased two FBH-C2.8 (2800kW) boilers. These boilers have been widely praised for their excellent features, including stable performance, energy efficiency, environmental protection, safety, and durability. They have been well-received in the market. In comparison to traditional boilers, vacuum boilers offer a more streamlined installation process. They can be quickly assembled at the factory and are ready to use upon connection to the power supply and inlet and outlet pipes. In contrast, traditional boilers are used in indirect heating, which involves a more complex installation process and higher installation costs. Vacuum boilers have emerged as a popular choice among users due to their convenient installation and cost-effectiveness.
